On the Part One and Part Two More About the Prodigal Band Aftermath: Dumlat Bloodline Investigation, the Why, two of the characters within the bloodlines mentioned are actual historical persons: Count Vlad Dracul (aka Dracula) and Countess Elizabeth Bathory. In this fictional novel both are mentioned as having non-human or transhuman or hybrid DNA and genomes, which cause them to commit very evil acts, vampire in nature. But the thing is, I have no absolute proof these folks have non-human DNA or genomes, and, since I have no absolute proof these two figures are not fully human, I have to change the names of these characters in the fictional novel. Count Dracul will now be called Count Darcla and Countess Elizabeth Bathory will now be called Countess Elizabeth Battory. Thus, the name changes have a familiarity with the actual names…though “Battory” does seem weird… But I did want the reader to see a sign of who these fictional characters are based on, thus the name changes I made. Like I said, I have no absolute proof these two actual historical figures are part non-human.
