- Download the FREE PDF at the link above. Note the location of your downloaded file (usually in “My Documents” then “notepad docs” then “Downloads” for PC. Similar for Mac)
- Open your Kindle app or plug in device (Kindle or other)
- Go to “Library” and then go to “Import PDF”
- When having located the free pdf file (with the name of the file themurderrule-final.pdf), select that file to add to the device. Even with justification and page numbers, the file worked on my Kindle app.
